The text is part of the so called Stele of Revealing: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stele_of_Ankh-ef-en-Khonsu

The lyrics here are taken from the booklet of Behemoth's interpretation, on the album "Zos Kia Cultus (Here and Beyond)" (track 06).
In that booklet, also the hieroglyphs are written.
